How to Take ⌄

Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

The tablets are large and should be swallowed with a full glass of water.

In very rare cases, Curcuma species and Camellia sinensis may harm the liver.
Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
Contains selenium. Selenium is toxic in high doses.
A daily dose of 150mcg selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded in adults.
The standard two-tablet O-Balance dose provides 150mcg selenium, so avoid stacking it casually with other selenium-containing supplements.
Contains zinc, which may be harmful if taken in large amounts or for prolonged periods.
Contains iodine; if taking thyroid medicines or managing thyroid disease, discuss suitability with your healthcare practitioner.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

What is Orthoplex O-Balance designed to support?⌄

O-Balance is formulated to support healthy reproductive hormones and reproductive-system health in healthy women, support normal oestrogen hormone levels and support the body's natural liver detoxification processes.

Is O-Balance the same as Oestro-C?⌄

O-Balance is the current replacement for Orthoplex Oestro-C, but it is not simply a packaging change. The newer formula added milk thistle and substantially changed several ingredient amounts, so current O-Balance data should be used for newly supplied stock. The old Oestro-C ARTG 430805 was cancelled in June 2026.

How do I take O-Balance?⌄

Adults take 1 tablet twice daily with food, or as recommended by their registered healthcare practitioner. Because the tablet is large, swallow it with a full glass of water.

Can I take O-Balance with warfarin or other medication?⌄
