BicoZn uses two complementary zinc forms alongside vitamin B6 and magnesium, providing a broad practitioner formula rather than a single-form zinc supplement.
TRAACS® Zinc Glycinate
Each capsule provides 62.5mg TRAACS® zinc glycinate, supplying 12.5mg elemental zinc in a patented amino-acid-chelated mineral form.
Zinc Citrate
Each capsule also provides 38.94mg zinc citrate dihydrate, supplying an additional 12.5mg elemental zinc for a total of 25mg zinc per capsule.
Activated B6 + Magnesium
The currently published formula provides 7.5mg vitamin B6 from P5P plus 7.5mg from pyridoxine hydrochloride, together with 20mg elemental magnesium from magnesium citrate.
